There are no shipping costs added at checkout.
Processing time
All Soul Rise products are made to order. Each item is produced especially for you after your order is placed.
Processing time: 2–7 business days
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Once production is completed, your order is shipped immediately.

Netherlands & European Union: 3–8 business days
International orders: 7–15 business days
These delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Average total delivery time: 5–15 business days.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays
Soul Rise is not responsible for delays caused by:
Postal or courier services
Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
We recommend checking the Track & Trace information first if a delay occurs.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. A reshipment may be possible at the customer’s expense.
