If an order is canceled or modified by us, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed for commercial purposes.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free, unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Soul Rise offers free shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by production times, carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

Soul Rise is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect address information, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Soul Rise is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Soul Rise.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through our store. You release Shopify from any claims related to purchases made through the Services.
